Original receipt and (photocopy are required If It is a repair)

Please save your receipt, we cannot base claims on memory.

Warranty / Guarantee

Purchase: one year.
Battery: one year (if your watch stops running)
Repair service: 6 months ( area we worked on)
New parts replaced: one year
One time adjustment at the time of purchase is included at no charge

Excluded from service and purchase warranty:

  • Damage due to excessive wear, or by accident
  • Declining the suggested service: i.e.: prongs needed
  •  Glued items, even if we did not charge you
  • Jewelry serviced by another jeweler will void this warranty
  • Any form of cash reimbursements for loss or repair
  • Rhodium or Gold Plating (contact with any Liquid will gradually fade the plating)

Return Policy:

This policy applies to jewelry purchased and excludes (custom or special orders)

• Jewelry in original condition may be exchanged within 10 days of sale
• Refunds are issued to the purchaser only. Within five business days of purchase.
• Mail order or special ordered will receive a store credit, less shipping fees
• Jewelry broken by the customer is not refundable or exchangeable
• Custom orders are not returnable (items that we made for you)
• Jewelry altered at your request, I.E.: sizing and engraving are not returnable
• Purchases using our store credit card will incur a 10% non- recovery fee, if a store credit is not desired.
• Items that have to be recertified, will delay a refund for up to 45 days

Lay - Away Policy

25% down payment, and balance to be paid within 4 weeks from the date on the receipt.

Inactive Layaway items will be returned for sale. The original deposit and subsequent payments will not be refunded, but can be used toward the purchase of other merchandise.

In accordance with New York state law we are not responsible for jewelry left in the store for over 180 days.
